Frequently Ask Questions

Yes. We use cloth wash materials and mild cleaners. However, the paint should be allowed to cure before washing. Consult with your body shop for curing times (usually at least 30 days for repainted cars and body parts). (Paint on new cars is fully cured before delivery.)

You’ll be greeted by friendly, professional associates who will guide you through the simpleprocess. After choosing your level of car wash, pull up to the tunnel entry area. There, ourprofessionals will guide you into the track. They’ll let you know when to put your car in neutral, take your feet off the pedals and hands off the wheel. You can then sit back, relax and enjoy theshow! We’ll do the rest. All automatically, in a few minutes. When you get the green light, you can put the car back in drive and pull into our Free Vacuum area to put the finishing touches on the interior of your vehicle.

We love getting notes from our customers about how we treated you right and got your vehicle sparkly clean. Please fill out the “Get in Touch with the Car Wash” form to let us know. And thanks!

Yes. However, once the integrity of windshield glass is compromised by rock chips (even very small ones), it becomes more susceptible to changes in temperature. So, while you may wash your vehicle with windshield damage, cracks, or chips may expand. It’s always best to repair or replace a damaged windshield immediately.

A wipe-down is not included with any of our exterior wash packages. We’ve invested much time and energy developing a vehicle drying system that will do its job and actually dry your vehicle in the tunnel. If you would like your vehicle wiped down, it is included with any interior cleaning or tire shine service.

The technology we use allows us to give you the same quality of carwash, regardless of how busy we are.

Compared to the average amount of fresh water a person might use when washing his or her vehicle in the drive way with a hose, we only use about 1/3 of that amount of water (150 gallons in the driveway vs 55 gallons at Crew). Also, Crew Carwash locations have varying levels of water reclamation systems which allow us to filter, clean and re-use some of the water used in our wash process. What’s more, at all locations, used water runs directly to a unique collection system that filters the water and removes harmful sediments and oil before it reaches local sewers. Providing a clean, dry and shiny car for all of our customers while also trying to do our part to conserve natural resources such as water is extremely important to us.

We proudly use industry leading Simoniz soaps and waxes in our car washes, and Meguiar’s polishes and compounds for detailing!
